LewisC's An Expert's Guide To Oracle Technology Well, I missed Dan Norris' How to be an ACE presentation. I signed up for it but forgot to get my list of sessions. I did make it to an unconference session though. It was a discussion led by some Piocon guys on ways to improve the OTN forums.
